Shipping Policy

At CardStax, we work hard to get your order packed and shipped as quickly as possible.

We currently ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on the product, destination, and best available shipping option.

Shipping timelines vary based on product type:

In-Stock Items
Orders for in-stock products typically ship within 2–5 business days.

Preorders / Out-of-Stock Items
For preorder items or products not yet in stock, the estimated shipping window begins once your item has shipped, not on the date the order was placed. Product launch windows and estimated timelines will always be listed on the product page.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. CardStax is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

To start a return, please contact us at info@cardstax.co with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty

All CardStax products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty.

We stand behind our products and want every customer to have a great experience.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

It does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage from regular use
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper handling
