Orders & Preorders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
For preorder items or products not yet in stock, estimated shipping windows begin when the product ships, not on the date the order was placed.
By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept that production timelines may shift.
If significant delays occur, we will communicate updates to customers.
Pricing & Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping is available within the United States through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Warranty
CardStax products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, modifications, or cosmetic wear from regular use.
